2014 Annual Assessment Reminder
As of mid-January 72% of Royal Shores residents have paid their 2014 Annual Assessment. The Board appreciates the prompt payment by so many of our residents.
As a reminder for those residents who have not paid so far, your payment must be received at the address in Phoenix, Arizona (shown on the statement) and credited to your account on or before January 31, 2014 to avoid interest charges. Payments received and credited on February 1 or later are delinquent and will be charged interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the original due date of January 1.
If there are any Assessment payments remaining unpaid past the end of February, a Late Payment Penalty of $75 per month will be charged in addition to continuing interest charges, until the full payment is received and credited to your account.

Upcoming Board of Directors Meeting
The next Board meeting is scheduled on January 23 at 7:00PM at the Kings Point Reserve Pool Room located at 5855 Hidden Lakes Drive.
