As of our latest report, 42% of Royal Shores residents have already paid their 2013 Annual Assessment in full. The RSCA Board appreciates the prompt payment from these many residents.
As a Reminder for those who have not yet paid, the 2013 Royal Shores Annual Assessment of $985 was due on January 1, 2013, but there is a grace period up to January 31 for payments to be received at the lockbox in Phoenix, Arizona. Payments are credited on the date received at the Phoenix address, but please ensure you allow sufficient time for delivery of your payment by U.S. Mail. You also now have the option to pay with a credit card or e-check by logging into this website. It can be found under MY PROFILE, then under ACCOUNT INFO. For residents who have not logged onto our website previously, you can go to the site ( http://royalshoreskingwood.com/ ), request a log-in and temporary password, and you can provide your e-mail address for future official RSCA communications which are generally sent electronically. We hope that everyone will opt-in for electronic notifications which are much more timely and cost-effective versus regular mail.
If your payment in full is not received and credited by January 31, your Assessment is delinquent and interest will begin to accrue as of the original due date(January 1, 2013). Interest accrues at the rate of 10% per annum for each month or portion thereof past the January 1 due date, until your assessment is paid in full.
If your payment still has not been received and credited as of February 28, 2013, a monthly late payment charge in the amount of $75 per month will accrue (along with additional interest charges), for each month or portion thereof beginning March 1, 2013, until the assessment is paid in full.
